Method

How we work.

Five steps, the same every time. The limits are set in writing before we start, and someone you employ says yes before anything important happens.

Step 1

We watch the work

We sit with the people who do the work and see where the hours actually go. Which jobs eat the afternoon. What gets retyped three times.

You get: a clear picture of the work as it really is.

Step 2

We tidy up first

Most computer helpers fail because the records were a mess. We straighten the files, the naming and who can see what, before anything is built. Unglamorous, and the reason it works.

You get: records a helper can trust.

Step 3

We build with limits

The helper is built to the plan and nothing beyond it. What it may draft, what it may never touch, and where it must stop and wait for a person. All written down.

You get: a helper that does what the plan says. Nothing more.

Step 4

Your team mate signs off

Big invoices, anything a customer sees, anything unusual. A person you employ approves it before it happens. That rule is written into the plan and it stays there.

You get: control you can show to anyone who asks.

Step 5

Yours to run

We hand it over, train your team and step back. The AI Collective keeps them sharp. If you want us to stay on part time, we can, until you don't need us.

You get: hours back, and a helper your team runs.
